Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Knot Me Good uses the United States Postal Service shipping service. In most cases delivery will be 3-5 business days from the ship date, at which time you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track the progress and location of the shipment using the tracking number provided using the USPS website. We cannot be held responsible for delays in schedule of USPS shipments or deliveries due to weather, shipping service infrastructure delays, or other instances that are not in the control of Knot Me Good, LLC. If a package is lost in shipping prior to delivery, we will submit a claim with USPS and send a replicate order to the customer to receive within 2-3 business days.

** If you need special accommodations for delivery, please send us an email, KnotMeGood@outlook.com, and we will do our best to make the necessary arrangements.

Knot Me Good will ship on a customer's shipping service account, being provided with all necessary information to process the request to set up the shipment. This will incur a $10 on-time fee for the transaction. We will not keep account or payment information for this service on file at Knot Me Good, LLC.

Our products come beautifully packaged in a durable, drawer-style black box with a frosted plastic sleeve cover. Each box is decoratively tied in a bow with our signature yellow ribbon cord, and a hand-written gesture of thanks personally to you! Every box is wrapped in bubble wrap to guarantee the item gets to you without damage.

Return & Exchange Policy

Every bow tie we produce is made-to-order at the time an order is placed. We do not stock our bow ties, rather handcraft each piece with every customer in mind. It is our proud commitment to provide a flawless product of the highest quality. If a product is defective upon receipt, we'll be happy to return the product within 3 (three) business days of delivery for:

a replacement, an exchange* or store credit.**, otherwise all sales are final and will not be considered for return due to any other circumstances.

To submit a request for a return of a defective product:

  • Send an email to sales@knotmegood.com to let us know you would like to return products and the defect reason for your return.

  • Item(s) must be unused and unworn.

  • Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags, product packaging fasteners and labels attached as they were received. Any removal of tags, labels or fasteners from the packaged product will disqualify the item from being returned. This is to prevent the use and return of our products for refunds.*** 

  • Any outer packaging tags, labels and ribbon that are removed should be included in your return.

  • Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear or lingering odors (from cigar, cigarette or other smoke; fragrances or colognes; body and hygiene, etc.).

  • Original order confirmation must coincide with item requested for return.

  • Each return will be evaluated once received from the customer for compliance with the rules detailed herein.​

* We will allow a one-time exchange of a purchased product for items of equal or lesser value, with balance of original purchase provided as store credit. Exchanged items will not be considered for return or exchange.​

** If requesting store credit for a returned item, we will apply a store credit for the purchased item price being returned, before taxes and shipping charges.

*** Knot Me Good does not rent or lend the products offered on this site and by policy will not refund full or partial monies on any transaction. All sales are final.
